Each of the services offered here has a simple objective: to save you time, while maintaining the quality and fluidity of your care pathway.
Need a courier or office support?
Do you need to take a sample right away?
Our transport service provides urgent collections throughout the canton of Geneva, directly from your office.
In some cases, pick-up can also be arranged elsewhere in Romandy – including at home – with possible charges depending on distance and conditions.
Certain analyses require an appropriate transport.
Do not hesitate to call our reception to validate the modalities according to the type of sampling.

What if you need a nurse?
No assistant available? A temporary situation?
Our nurses can also come directly to your practice to take samples.
I need to refer a patient to the laboratory
No material available?
You can refer your patient to one of our sampling centers in Romandy, with or without an appointment.
Our team will welcome the patient, take the sample and ensure follow-up within the timeframe required for the prescribed analysis.

I need a specific check-up
Every patient is unique.
If your approach requires a particular analysis or personalized check-ups, we will guide you through the process.
You can:
- Create your own check-ups through connected prescription
- Ask us to prepare a panel adapted to your clinical needs

My patient cannot move
Home care, nursing homes, office with no assistant available…
If a sample needs to be taken and your patient is unable to travel to a center, our nurses can intervene directly on site.
A dedicated team, trained for all types of sampling, available for emergencies or by appointment, depending on your needs.
